About Us
Created by Parents, For Parents
When our baby was diagnosed with cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA), we quickly discovered just how overwhelming the journey could feel.
Suddenly, there were ingredient labels to understand, feeding decisions to make, meals to rethink, and countless questions about what came next. Like many parents, we found ourselves spending hours searching online for clear, practical answers.
We created CMPA Parent Guide because we wanted to make that process easier.
Our goal is simple: to provide practical, easy-to-follow resources that help parents feel more prepared and confident as they navigate CMPA. From the first days after diagnosis to breastfeeding, meal planning, and starting solids, our guides are designed to make everyday life a little less overwhelming.
Why We Created CMPA Parent Guide
We know that when your baby has CMPA, it can feel like your whole routine has suddenly changed. There is a lot of information to take in, and it isn't always easy to know where to start.
That's why we created resources that bring helpful information together in one place—so you can spend less time searching and more time focusing on your little one.
Our Promise to Parents
We're here to make the CMPA journey feel a little more manageable.
Our resources are designed to complement, not replace, advice from your baby's healthcare professional. Every baby is different, and we encourage parents to work with their pediatrician, allergist, dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional for individualized medical advice.
Because you shouldn't have to figure it all out alone.
